Here’s a yummy recipe that will help you end the year with a bang: Ingredients: 6 large egg yolks ½ cup granulated sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 cups milk ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg Pinch of salt ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Ground cinnamon (topping) Directions: Whisk egg yolks until light and creamy in a bowl. Mix cream, milk, nutmeg, and salt in saucepan on med-high. Add spoonful of hot milk to egg mixture to temper eggs. Repeat by the spoonful. Pour egg mixture into saucepan. Whisk until thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Pour into pitcher. Serve with sprinkle of cinnamon or whipped cream.
