40% of Americans make a New Year’s Resolution each year. About 22% of those resolutioners fail after the first week and 60% within the first half of the year. So let’s try something new this year, let’s try the un-resolution, or work at something more attainable.

What’s an un-resolution? It’s for everyone who wants to continue eating delicious treats after the holidays are over and be happy doing it. We’re not saying to gorge yourself, but we’re also not saying not to. The trick to the un-resolution is to do away with the unnecessary stress you put on yourself while making food decisions.

Or try the attainable goal, such as a gratitude journal.  Gratitude journals keep us reminded of the things we should appreciate and helps us focus more.  This will also help our mood and in the long run, helps us achieve our goals.

Do you want those chocolates sitting on the coffee table? Do it! Life is too short to worry about a couple of pieces of chocolate. Hey, we will even set you up with some chocolates for your new un-resolution. Check them out here.
