In a perfect world, our pets would behave like adults, we could bring them with us to work and nobody would complain. Unfortunately, this is not yet a perfect world, but we should still be allowed to bring our pets to work and here’s why.

But, it’s not just about the money. Offices are stressful places full of tight deadlines and client meetings. Having pets in the office has been shown to reduce stress and make employees more relaxed and comfortable while working, not to mention increased employee performance.

Employees of pet-friendly businesses tend to work longer hours and report fewer absences on a yearly basis. You would no longer find yourself having to rush home to let the dog out or missing work to care for a pet that’s feeling under the weather.
