The Office Christmas Party Checklist.
05 Dec, 17
Love it or hate it, the office Christmas party is happening and here’s a few ways to make it the best office party yet!
Pick a Date Already!
There is nothing worse than getting a couple days’ notice on the upcoming Christmas party. Set a date now and let your employees plan and prepare for the fun.
Decide on a Budget
Your party doesn’t have to be over the top extravagant, set a budget to make it easy on yourself to decide where, how, and what kind of theme. If you plan on a Secret Santa or gift exchange, we guarantee the budget will be your best friend. Did you land the office sweet-tooth? You’re in luck, check these gift ideas out.
To Drink or Not to Drink, That’s The New Question
Yes, alcohol can be fun, but remember you still have to show your face at work Monday. Moderation is key here, but how do you distribute drinks? There are tons of awesome alcohol-free ideas circling the internet and hey, maybe not everyone is interested in the hooch.
The Shock and Awe
The rapping granny is hilarious for about 15 minutes, and a live band (depending on your venue and budget) may not be feasible entertainment. For a budget friendly idea ask your employees to help! Send them an email asking them to pick 2 or 3 songs they want to hear, compile a playlist on your iPod, phone, or computer and your whole office becomes the DJ. Nothing can make or break a party like music and with good tunes and a great mix of people it’s sure to be a hit.
