I love the creative ideas my corporate clients share with me and the different ways they use Lucia & Co. gift boxes to celebrate their customers, employees, and colleagues. So much so that I thought it would be fun to share a few of them with you. Christmas in July Gifts Throwing parties and holding special events and sales in July that mimic Christmas is a growing trend across the country. With there being no official U.S. holidays between July 4th and Labor Day, Christmas in July gives businesses a creative way to celebrate their clients, employees, and colleagues. This idea of sending gifts in celebration of Christmas in July caught my eye when one of our customers ordered customized gift boxes for their 50+ employees, all bearing a personalized gift card that read, “Wishing you a Holly July Christmas!” Wine Pairing Event One of our long-time clients, who owns a winery, holds an annual wine pairing event every summer in honor of their exclusive wine club members. For the event, our client orders a select Lucia & Co. gift box for each guest, which contains one of our gourmet goodies for wine pairing. This year’s event featured our Smoked Salmon Pate, which pairs wonderfully with a variety of white wines and champagnes. Creative Tea Party Invitations When I received a phone order for 125+ customized gift boxes that were to be used as invitations to a company-sponsored tea party, I just had to know more. Turns out this particular client was celebrating their 10th anniversary and wanted to get creative with this year’s tea party invites. Instead of sending the traditional paper invites, they sent each invitee a gift box with a bag of our Cocoa Rose Tea, along with a card with the details of the event.
