The Secret of Happiness…   It turns out that you can measure happiness. While happiness is definitely in the eye of the beholder, there is a measurable way for researchers to track the way a person feels in certain situations and their response to changes in their environment and in their behaviors.   This eccentric video below shows what happens when several individuals try something that many of us forget.   Sure they felt a little embarrassed, but once they got over the awkwardness, do you know what happened?   Every single person felt happier.   I’m talking about gratitude.
