Labor Day – a time for embracing the hard work and contributions of the everyday American people. Since 1882, we have paraded our streets proudly every September to celebrate our workers, strengthening the solidarity of the labor movement and improving our morale. (After all, resisting the urge to stay in your warm, comfy bed every morning after hitting that snooze button before work is a mighty feat deserving of a celebration all its own!)
